- SEO/Content: Fill out the template with optimization details like main keywords, keyword variations, competitors’ details, and optimization scores.
- Content Writers: Follow the brief format, write based on the instructions provided, and incorporate SEO elements.
4. Definitions and Key Terms
- Main Keyword: The primary target keyword for the page.
- Keyword Variations: Additional keywords that should be naturally incorporated into the content.
- LSI Keywords: Related terms that help contextualize the content.
- Optimization Score: Measure the content’s alignment with Neuronwriter’s optimization feature.
- Competitor Best: The highest-ranking competitors for the targeted keywords on Neuronwriter.
- Competitor List: URLs of competitors with strong SEO performance.
5. Tools and Resources
- SEO Tools: Neuronwriter, ChatGPT
- CMS Access: Ensure the writer has CMS access or a draft document to work in.
6. Prerequisites and Preparation
- Ensure all sections of the content template are filled out, such as Client Name, Type of Content, Main Keywords, Competitor Details, and Optimization Score (leave these details blank if you are setting this up as a blank template for reuse).
- Use tools like Ahrefs or Google for competitive analysis and keyword data.
7. Step-by-Step Procedure
Step 1: Create a Copy of the Template
- Create a copy of the Content Brief Template from the Google Drive (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SYiFYz1JOiBhG02wpJOUMlFwb_VrUVaZIFvqvh9sduE/edit?tab=t.0).
- Fill in the details for the Client Name, Type of Content, URL, and Optimization Required sections. You can reference the attached image for the format.
- Include the Main Keyword, Keyword Variations, and LSI Keywords based on keyword research.
Step 2: Fill in Competitor Analysis
- Use SEO tools like Ahrefs to analyze competitors. (normally SEO team is responsible for this)
Step 3: Add Optimization Score
- Add an Optimization Score based on Neuronwriter Query only if applicable.
Step 4: Section Brief Instructions
- Write a Section Brief for each content block (refer to the image for format).

- Some clients have their own content QA which will be used after the content is done. Confirm to content team lead if necessary.
