  • Ensure receipt of the latest award details via email or official communication.
  • Verify the authenticity and details of the award with the issuing organization if necessary.

6.2. Step-by-Step Procedure

Step 1: PM receives notification of the award and checks the email for details.

Step 2: PM creates tasks in ClickUp for the Content, SEO, and Webdev teams.

Step 3: Content Team drafts a blog post or page content, focusing on the significance of the award and its relevance to clients and stakeholders.

Step 4: SEO Team reviews the draft for potential SEO enhancements and integrates relevant keywords.

Step 5: Once content is optimized, it is handed over to the Web Development Team.
