• Webdev: Responsible for setting up the Author User, Author Page Build, Generate Person not exist image.
• Content Team: Responsible for Author Page Content and Fake name generation

5. Procedure Details

5.1. Preparation and Prerequisites

• Author Content From Content Team
• Author not exist picture

5.2 Timeline for Task Completion

• 15 Minutes – 30 Minutes per website.

5.3. Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Generate Person Not Exist image

   1. https://thispersonnotexist.org/#google_vignette

   2. Filter to Female or Male depending on the Author Name

   3. Set age to 35-50

   4. Refresh the images until you find an appropriate image for the author page.

2. Login to the website

3. Go to Users -> Add New User
   

4. FIll up the fields like example below

   1. Update Author Name to the name of Author

   2. Update email to match the website domain

   3. Generate Password

   4. Uncheck the send notification for new user

   5. Set Role to Author

   6. Save the credentials add to clickup task

   7. Add New User
      

5. Update Blog Author.

   1. Go to Post -> All Post

2. Click in the checkbox beside Title to select all post on current page
   

3. Click into Bulk actions dropdown -> Edit
   

4. Then click apply button
   

5. Go to Author Dropdown then select the Author user that you created.
   

6. Click on the next page then repeat the above process.
   

7. Make sure to repeat this process on all post pages until every post author is updated.

6. Create New Page

7. Create Parent Page Author
   

8. Publish the page and create a redirect to homepage

   1. To create redirect go to SEO -> Redirections
      

   2. Add New
      

   3. Author parent URL should redirect to homepage
      

   4. Publish.

9. Create Author Page

10. Pages -> Add New page
    

11. Set Page Title to Author Name & Parent Page to Author
    

12. Publish page

13. After Publishing Edit with Oxygen or Elementor and follow layout below.

14. Layout should look like this

    1. Author Section

    2. Blog Section below to show the list of blogs the author published, you can reuse the layout of the blog parent page on listing the blogs below the author section.
