  • Anchor Text – is the visible, clickable text in a hyperlink. It is often underlined and appears in a different color from the surrounding text to indicate that it can be clicked. Anchor text helps to provide context and relevance to the linked page, influencing how search engines interpret the content and relevance of the link.
  • App Script – is a scripting language developed by Google that allows users to automate tasks and extend the functionality of various Google services and applications. It is based on JavaScript and can be used to create custom functions, automate workflows, and interact with Google Workspace applications like Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
  • Automation – refers to the use of technology to perform tasks with minimal human intervention. It involves the implementation of systems or processes that can operate independently to complete repetitive or complex tasks, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Automation is widely used in various industries, including manufacturing, software development, marketing, and data management.
  • Content – refers to any information or experiences that are directed towards an end-user or audience. In the context of digital media, content can include text, images, videos, audio, and interactive elements published on websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels. The purpose of content is to inform, entertain, or engage the audience, and it plays a crucial role in marketing, communication, and education.
  • File ID – A unique identifier assigned to a specific file within a system or application. This ID helps to distinguish the file from other files and is often used to manage and access the file programmatically.

  • Target Page – is the specific web page that a hyperlink points to or redirects a user to when they click on a link. It is designed to capture the essence of the content and attract the attention of the audience. In digital content, the title often appears in search engine results, social media posts, and on the top of the content itself. A well-crafted title is essential for SEO, as it helps search engines understand the topic of the content and can influence click-through rates.

6. Procedure Details

6.1. Preparation and Prerequisites

Preparation and Prerequisites needed:

  • Completed local social build out sheet.
  • Anchor texts to be used for the content.
  • Target page or pages.
  • Create a folder inside the client’s folder where you will save the contents.
  • Create a stack content automation document
  • Create a stack content automation sheet
  • Logged in to John smith Gmail in a separate Google Chrome profile (sync, should be on)

6.2. Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Create folders where the stack contents will be saved inside the Client’s folder under SEO (Name the folders, Stack Branded content, Stack 1 content, etc.,).

  2. Create a copy of both stack content automation document and stack content automation sheet from Stack Automation Templates and save it to the folder you created with an updated name.

  3. Fill up the stack content automation document with the necessary information.

  4. Next, in the folder, create a document for the initial content.

  5. After creating the document, go to the John smith Google Chrome profile and login to ChatGPT.

  6. Create the initial content using the AIPRM prompt stack content creation.

  7. Fill up the prompt with the necessary information: [target website] [services] [keywords].

  8. Once ChatGPT is done generating the content, copy then paste it on the google docs file you created. You can make the content with at least 5 sections.

  9. On the main tab, insert two keywords that should not be spun by ChatGPT.

  10.  Afterwards, add the section title and content per section.

  11. Next step is to start creating the spun content. This must be done per section. (note that you only need to spin the contents and not the titles)

  12. In ChatGPT, select the Stack Content Spin prompt.

  13. Next step open the stack content automation sheet you created so you can fill it up with the content section you are creating variations of and the two keywords that should not be spun – [content] [keyword] [keyword]. You can create 20 or more variations but the prompt allows for 50 variations to be created.

  14. Paste the content variations in the ChatGPT_FILTER INPUTS tab.

  15. If there are spaces between each content variation, click on the filter button and filter the contents from Z-A to remove the spaces.

  16. After removing the spaces, copy the content variation and paste it to the main tab spun content under the section you made variations of.

  17. Repeat steps 12 to 16 until you have all the content variations for all the sections.

  18. Add the anchor text in the App Script tab.

  19. Add the page title, section title and the spun contents in the App Script tab.

  20. Once you have entered all the required contents, click on extensions > App Script.

  21. The App Script will open in a new tab, which will allow you to edit the script for generating documents.

  22. Once you have the App Script open, edit the file ID, folder ID, and the file name for the contents (the name should consist of the client code and the stack you are creating content variations on).

  1. To update the file ID from the stack automation document template, and folder ID, open the file and folder on separate tabs and copy the IDs from the URL.

  2. Check if all the data is correct in the App Script. Check if you have the correct number of titles and content and if the values necessary are correct. (note that you need to adjust the number values depending on the number of titles and contents that you have made)

  3. After you have everything updated, click on run and a prompt will appear. Click on allow and select your email account

  1. Afterward, the script should run, and you will receive a completion message at the bottom.

  2. After the script completed running. Go back to the sheet and click on Autofill Docs.

  3. The App Script should now generate the documents and automatically save it on the folder you created. Once it is done, the links for each document will be on the sheet.

  4. Check if the documents were saved in the correct folder and open at least one document  if the contents are complete.

  5. Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, you can now add the contents to the web 2.0 profiles.
